I know this chapter, too.
I’m living this chapter too. I know what it’s like when the home that once worked for your family just doesn’t anymore. And I also know that moving sounds simple until you think about the kids, school, work, decluttering, showings and somehow buying another home at the same time. That’s why I’m here to help you make sense of it all and build a plan that actually works for your family.

What your next move could look like.
Sell the home you've outgrown
Getting your current home ready to sell has to happen around real life. We’ll make a plan that works with the kids, the schedules, the clutter and everything else still happening.
Find what fits next
More bedrooms might be part of it, but it’s really about finding a home that works better for how your family lives now.
Make both moves work together
Selling one home while buying another has a lot of moving pieces. I’ll help you understand the timing, your options and what needs to happen next.

Where I help Niagara families
I grew up in Niagara and built my life here. I help families buy and sell homes in St. Catharines, Thorold, Welland, Niagara Falls and the communities around them. Not sure which area fits your family best? That's one of my favourite questions to help with.
